About Us

About Mochi & Maple

Mochi & Maple is all about the little things that make you smile.

From cute stationery and plush keychains to fun, affordable gifts, we bring together a collection of feel-good finds that are a bit different from the usual high street.

Think kawaii meets countryside — with a practical, down-to-earth twist.

Our Story

Mochi & Maple started in the middle of real life.

I’m Amanda — mum of five, running a farm, another business (3 Donkeys), and like many people, looking for something that could fit around it all.

I’ve always loved those small, joyful things — the kind you don’t plan to buy, but end up taking home anyway. But I also know what it’s like when time is tight and budgets are tighter.

So Mochi & Maple was created to bring together affordable, fun, and easy-to-love products — without the fuss.

What You’ll Find

We carefully choose products that are:

  • Fun, colourful, and a bit different
  • Affordable (because treats shouldn’t feel like a luxury)
  • Perfect for gifting — or keeping for yourself

From stationery and accessories to plushies and little surprises, it’s all about those impulse buys you don’t regret.

More Than Just a Shop

Mochi & Maple isn’t just about what we sell — it’s about what it can create.

We also support people who want something flexible alongside everyday life. Whether that’s running a small stall, adding products to an existing business, or starting a side hustle, we keep things simple and accessible.

No big commitments. No complicated setup. Just a way to get started.

Built for Real Life

Everything we do is built around real life — not perfect, polished, or overcomplicated.

Just:

  • simple ideas
  • products people genuinely enjoy
  • and a business that works around family, work, and everything in between
